L’existant était un bâti ayant subi un incendie.

Le projet propose une réhabilitation et surélévation avec création d’un niveau supplémentaire. Notre intervention offre un bâtiment épuré avec 4 logements et un espace bureau.

Les matériaux utilisés touchant à l’extérieur du bâtiment s’harmonisent avec ceux utilisés lors de la construction du corps principal.
